Eleri had a field trip to the Bug Museum (not sure the real name) as the class finishes their studies on invertebrates. The Bug Museum fits the description of a China museum – not worth the effort. Since we arrived back to Shanghai at midnight from Kathmandu last night, I met the class at the museum as it is 10 minutes from our home.

I had four kids on my watch for the day, Eleri, Jazira, Matthew and Trevor.

Eleri had fun with her friends as we worked our way through the museum.

After an hour, we left the bugs to walk around the corner to see the fish at the Shanghai Aquarium. The aquarium actually has a nice display of fish for China. We had not been to the aquarium for a couple years. I took Eleri many times when we first arrived in Shanghai – she doesn’t remember it!!

Eleri had a fun field trip. She always has such a big smile on her face – I so enjoy seeing that smile.
