Here is an warning…you should never open your door at 10pm for a friend!! Jennifer was out walking her dog, Spanky, when she found a little white bunny. She couldn’t leave it outside as it jumped over to her and cuddled at her feet. She brought it to me as a low maintenance pet for the girls. She gave me Spanky’s cage with a smile.

The girls woke up the next morning to find a bunny in a cage…they were a bit confused. He is a very cuddle bunny. Since the bunny had been outside, I took him to the vet for a check. The vet confirmed he was malnourished and had a cyst on his belly from a scrap. We have the bunny on pills to see if the cyst will heal.

After many names, we decided to name him Knuffle Bunny. Eleri brings home the book, Knuffle Bunny, about every other week from school as her reading book. It is the perfect name for our new bunny.
