We signed Eleri and Lili up for a term of fencing with the group, Shanghai Dragons. They both had so much fun when they tried fencing at the Community Center. The new facility for the Shanghai Dragons is in the process of being built. The old facility was 30 minutes from Jinqiao. Both Bindi and I are happy the facilities are in Jinqiao, however, it is a bit of chaos during the transition. There are 4 fencing strips in a small space, but the girls are still having fun.

Now, that the two of them are part of the Shanghai Dragons, they have their own kits with all the gear. It took Bindi and I a few times to remember how to put it all on – multiple tops, a chest plate, the vest, and a cord running through the sleeve to plug into the foil.
