Spring festival is always a fun day for the ES students. We had a beautiful day in Shanghai. It had been raining and cold, but the sun came out for the festival.

The Moms of Room 406, Eleri’s class, volunteered to work our assigned game, Whack the Duck. The hardest part was keeping up with the kids picking up the ducks. At the end of my shift, we were getting low on prizes…all kids received a piece of candy for trying and a prize for knocking over a duck. We started picking up the ducks in slow motion!

Eleri spent the time at the festival with So Yeon. So Yeon is from Korea and can be shy, but Eleri has fun with her and her twin sister, So Jeon.
