Cupcakes were made again today for Emersyn’s class to celebrate her birthday. My chocolate cake with chocolate frosting recipe tastes best with Hershey’s cocoa. Since finding the Hershey cocoa in Shanghai is a challenge, I bring it back from the USA. After two cakes and two sets of cupcakes, my supply is low.

Emersyn was given the birthday hat to wear all day at school today. I think she only put it on for my picture…she is getting older!! The last year before double digits!!
