In Jinqiao, these red lanterns were hung for Chinese New Year. The lanterns were on all the trees on both sides of the street – very pretty. The first time I saw them, I didn’t have my camera. The next few times, it was raining. I only get to Jinqiao about once a week – to get Eleri for fencing. I finally got a photo on a day without rain. The next time I was in Jinqiao, the lanterns were down…I was able to capture the image just in time!
