The girls LOVE to make Gingerbread houses with Aunt Nancy. I asked Emersyn what was her favorite Christmas tradition – her quick response was Gingerbread houses with Nancy.
Nancy makes the houses from scratch. She sets out all the different bowls of candy to enjoy for making and eating! I eat the hot-tomales, but Eleri was putting them on her house so I couldn’t eat them all!
This year, the girls shared the fun with Chloe, Giselle’s daughter. Chloe is 4 – already!
Nancy has the job of “frosting squeezer” as it takes talent to get the frosting out.
Emersyn is getting older enough that she can frost her own house.
