Today was the semi-finals in the girls soccer league. It was a lovely sunny day, but very cold morning (38F) so Brenda and Eleri stayed at home. Prior to the game Emmy was giving her prediction that they would end up on top!

Emmy’s team played quite well, dominating the other team 8-1 and will be playing in the finals next week! Go team!

Hi Brenda – For whatever reason, it has taken my computer months to register that you had any new info. on your website since Aug. BUT as of this last week I have had much pleasure in reading about your life in Shanghai and seeing pic’s of the girls! And we are also having cool, foggy wet weather but it just feels like we are out in the middle of nowhere whereas you have the colorful, soft lights of the city. Loved the translation from the Halloween Party. We have similar issues here but not as dramatic as the Asian language translations – too funny. And how nice that they sponsor it at all.
